True View AI captures an image of both the exterior labels and a top-down view of your boxes’ interiors. Our proprietary AI/ML models transform the text from the exterior image into searchable metadata, which is made available within our Services Portal (formerly FileBRIDGE®).

We’ve made it easy to use the True View AI service. Simply log in to the Access Classic | Services Portal (formerly FileBRIDGE®) to get started. Navigate to the home page and follow these steps to place your order:
- Search: boxes in your inventory that you would like to request the service for.
- Select: “Request from Offsite” to add the boxes to your cart.
- From the cart, click on Send Order to request boxes to be indexed.
- From the Delivery Priority list, select “True View AI” and click Send.

This new service is designed to improve your visibility and control over offsite inventory. Access Classic | True View AI will allow you to request a box from your stored inventory and have metadata from the box’s interior and exterior indexed and made available on the Access Classic | Services Portal (formerly FileBRIDGE®). By transforming text captured in these images to metadata, you can easily identify the boxes you need and reduce the time spent searching through physical records.
This feature will provide additional value by enabling you to virtually audit inventory, helping you verify contents, streamline decisions, and strengthen your overall information management processes.
True View AI is a new service designed to give you better visibility and control over your offsite records. It lets you view information captured directly from images of a box’s interior and exterior, making it easier to identify and locate the items you need.
At your request, we will capture images of the interior and exterior of a box from your inventory. The information displayed on the outside—such as labels or descriptions—is indexed and added to the Access Classic | Services Portal. This allows you to quickly search and review your stored inventory without having to sort through physical records.
With Access Classic | True View AI, you can:
- Quickly identify boxes using image-captured metadata
- Reduce time spent manually searching through inventory
- Complete virtual audits of your offsite records
- Confirm contents and make faster decisions about retrieval or destruction

The development and introduction of Access Classic | True View AI is an important part of our commitment to delivering more advanced, technology-enabled tools that make records management easier. By providing a visual, data-driven way to manage stored items, True View AI supports more efficient workflows and gives you a first step into enhanced digital capabilities.
Pricing for this service is based on an average of your monthly trailing-12-month (TTM) revenue with Access and includes a set number of box images each month. This information was provided in the letter you received letting you know that you are eligible to receive this new service. If you’re not sure what these values are, we can look it up for you.
Not yet. We’re first introducing the new service as a pilot program and it will be available only in select markets. This allows us to collect helpful feedback, enhance the overall experience, and ensure everything is fully optimized before expanding the service more broadly.
Images will be available in 3 business days from when the order is placed.
As with any ordering activity, Access reserves the right to meter requests to maintain service quality and manage fluctuations in daily volumes. Individual requests may be distributed across multiple work orders to ensure consistent SLA performance and operational stability.
